Intelligence & Performance Development (IQ)
This one-day event will focus on the three crucial elements that contribute to the success of high performing athletes: technical training, tactical instruction, and intelligence building. These essential skills are absolutely critical during competition and are highly sought after recruiting attributes.

Limited to 4 Groups
6-7 Collegiate Coaches

In addition to technical instruction, players will also participate in small-sided rotating game play. Each game includes a predetermined selected set of rules or stipulations that promote the development of tactical awareness and game intelligence. Imagine playing 5v5 or 7v7 with an interesting twist!

This event is open to any and all participants in 8th-12th grade (September-May)/rising 8th-12th graders (June - August) and is open to both field players and goalkeepers.
Small Group Instructional Training (SGI)
This one-day event is designed to feel like a semi-private lesson. Our small group instructional training allows players to interact with collegiate coaches in a small, intimate environment where player visibility and exposure are at a maximum.

More than just "the basics," strong, sound, technical skills are the foundation of elite lacrosse players. Continual growth in this area enables athletes to execute more soundly, contributes to proficient decision making, and ultimately, raises the level of a player's performance.

Field players spend 1-hour with EACH of our collegiate coaches. Enrollment is limited to 3 groups of a maximum of 10 players per group. Players will work on different aspects of the game; including, but not limited to: catching, throwing, ball handling, dodging, shooting, defensive footwork, etc.

Open to any and all participants 7-12th grade. Field Players Only.

HOW WE DO IT
As former collegiate coaches, we noticed along with many of our colleagues, that the most overlooked and underdeveloped skill-sets were also the most critical and prioritized attributes sought out by collegiate coaches during the recruiting process. SweetStx was designed to alleviate this recruiting gap.We developed a model centered around the development of three critical training elements, combined it with a rotating collegiate coaching staff, an ever changing curriculum, and an ideal playing environment specifically designed to create quality exposure and meaningful interactions between coach and athlete.
